SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF INFORMATION OF A PERSONAL NATURE

In the manner and with the limitations and rights stipulated in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th on the Protection of Information of a Personal Nature, you are hereby informed that any personal information that you provide will be included in a file belonging to Wordwire ΓÇô Language services, who will implement all of the security measures established by the Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 11th.

The user accepts sole responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of information disclosed to Wordwire and any corrections thereof. Wordwire is therefore exempt from any responsibility in this regard. The user guarantees and is responsible for, in all circumstances, the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal information provided, and agrees to keep this information up to date.
The user agrees to provide accurate and truthful information on the registration form.
Wordwire is not responsible for the accuracy of information that is provided on behalf of a user or that comes from another source, and as such does not accept any responsibility for any possible damage that could occur as a result of the use of this information.

Your information is collected for the following purposes: commercial operations and information regarding Wordwire's products and services.


DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

Wordwire will not disclose user information to third parties. Nonetheless, if  information is requested by a third party the user in question will be contacted and their express consent will be sought prior to the disclosure of any information.


EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OBJECTION

To exercise these rights, in compliance with Regulation 1/1998 of January 19th, of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), you must provide proof of identity by sending a photocopy of your passport/national identity card or any other documentation valid under Law to Wordwire.
